FAQ
What are the main door types?

The three main door types are:
One Piece Doors (Thermofoil): available in various route styles, colours and door designs (i.e. square, arch, and cathedral). You need to specify the door design when ordering. Slab drawer fronts are standard. Routed drawer fronts are available for an up-charge.

Five Piece Doors (Thermofoil & Polyester): these doors are available in limited colours and in a square design only. See the door matrix chart for details.

Wood Doors: Wood doors are available in flat and raised panel and are unfinished. Square design is standard. Arch and cathedral designs are available in the P & S Series for an up-charge.

Can the customer order doors that are not on the display?
Yes. Other doors styles/colours are available. See our newest brochure and pitch book. Wood doors are now also available in Cherry. Call RENUIT/Nubold Industries for pricing and ordering details.
Can the customer measure the existing doors to get the door sizes?

Yes. if they are for Frameless Cabinets. If they are Framed Cabinets, please see the Measuring Guide for details.

Can the existing door hinges be used?

For concealed hinges, we strongly recommend that the customer purchase our concealed hinge as it includes a plate designed for refacing. Also, the drilling service we provide is set-up for this hinge.

Is there still a re-measure program?

No. The program is no longer available.

Is there a minimum charge for add-on orders to previous orders?

No. There is a minimum charge of $75 (retail) for the initial order.

What is the lead time for orders?
The lead time for cabinet doors is 15-20 business days. The lead time for addon orders is 8-10 business days.
What is the warranty on doors?
The warranty for thermofoil doors is five years, under normal conditions. Wood doors are warranted for 1 year against warpage and splitting. RENUIT is not responsible for finishing or installation costs on replacement doors.
How do we order more order forms?
